Pickett Properties, LLC was established in 2001 to provide quality living units to the southeast Pennsylvania marketplace. The ownership of Pickett Properties, LLC has been involved in commercial construction and property management since 1976. The skills and knowledge of our staff are used every day to insure your apartment home is the best we can bring to market. We continue striving towards this goal through our membership in the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia and leadership in Apartment Owners Association in Delaware County.
