You may end your lease early in the event you purchase a home with the following conditions:

1. you elect this option during the application period
2. you have been in your current lease at least 6 months
3. all your lease payments are up to date
4. pay a termination fee of 1 months rent with 60 days notice
5. provide a proof of settlement date
