Job Relocation

You may end your lease early in the event of a job transfer or military call up with the following conditions:

1. you elect this option during the application period
2. you have been in your current lease at least 6 months (waived for military call-up)
3. all your lease payments are up to date
4. pay a termination fee of 1 months rent with 30 days notice
5. provide a proof of job transfer from your employer
